During COVID-19 lockdowns, Langtons paused in-person tastings, creating a need to sustain customer engagement and revenue without physical experiences. Taste Academy was launched as an at-home guided tasting experience, pairing expert-led education with curated wine packs. Following its success, the program was rebranded to elevate the customer journey through eco-friendly luxury packaging. I led art direction, packaging design, and prototyping. Over two years, Taste Academy generated $500k+ in revenue and delivered 2,695 hours of customer engagement, strengthening Langtons’ digital offering and premium brand experience.
