Taste Academy
During COVID-19 lockdowns, Langtons paused in-person wine-tasting events, prompting a search for solutions to maintain engagement and revenue. In response to this challenge, "Taste Academy" launched on 11/8/21 to address customer concerns about buying wine without tasting it firsthand, offering guided at-home tastings with educational content. Taste Academy achieved remarkable success, generating over half a million in revenue over two years, engaging clients for 2695 hours. This success led to a rebrand focused on enhancing the customer journey with eco-friendly luxury packaging. My role expanded to include art direction, packaging design, and prototyping, aiming to blend opulence with sustainability to elevate the program's appeal and environmental consciousness.
